PRESENTATION SISTERS:

The Presentation Sisters in Newfoundland and Labrador will be meeting at the Lantern Christian Life Centre in St. John’s, from June 12-18 for their General Chapter. This grace filled event in the life of a congregation, the church and the world has as its primary purposes the revitalization of the community around the mission. At this time we will elect the Leadership team for the next four years. We ask that you join us in prayer as we meet in the assembly.

STEUBENVILLE ATLANTIC YOUTH CONFERENCE:

will be held July 29-31, 2011 at St. F.X. University in Antigonish, N.S. for Catholic youth grades 9-12. More than 1000 youth are expected to gather to hear motivational speakers, Christian witnessing, and young Catholic musicians. It is a time for powerful liturgies, prayer, worship and discussion. Transportation will be arranged by charter bus; meals/accommodations at St. F.X.. For more information call the diocesan youth office: 639-7073 ext. 225 or your parish office. Space is limited.
